We are located at 3308 N Highland Ave, Jackson TN 38305, across from the Ace Hardware Store and just up from Kroger, at the intersection of N Highland Ave and Volunteer Blvd. We market to other neighboring communities such as Fairview, Humbolt, Milan, Medina, Youngs Crossings, Carroll, Oakview, Gilmore, Jackson Country Club, Jackson National Golf Club, Muse Park, Lawrence, Hicksville, Westwood Gardens, Cyprus Grove National Park Area, just to name a few.
What are your business hours?
North Gate Self Storage is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
And Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
We are not open on Sundays
Am I able to pay my bill online?
There is a Kiosk at the gate where you can pay your bill, add a unit, or move out. You can pay your bill online at www.ngatestorage.com with just a few clicks. If you’re at home, at work or anywhere with an internet connection you’re able to keep up with your payments and check your balances. You can pay from your phone, tablet or laptop.
When am I able to access my storage?
Our customers have access to their units 24/7. You will have your own personal gate code and you have access to your unit when you need to. This comes in very handy if you are a business owner. Talking about the business owner we also offer Office Suites which can be rented by the day or month.
How do I know my storage is safe?
Our facility located at 3308 N Highland Ave, Jackson TN 38305 is fully fenced and gated and well lite, we also have security cameras surrounding the facility to help us monitor your unit. Don't worry, we make sure to keep your belongings secure and in top condition.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes. We have RV, car and boat parking that are uncovered for those who need extra space in their driveway or garage.
Does your facility carry packing supplies?
Besides offering Affordable Portables we have Boxes and Wraps, Tape, Mattress bags, Paper, TV Screen covers in the office.
